4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across selected cities in India, listed on our Shipping Information page.
  • Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on location.
  • Inaccurate shipping details provided by you may result in delayed or failed deliveries. Re-shipment charges will apply.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
  • Testo Foods reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, payment is incomplete, or there is a system error. Refunds will be processed in such cases.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof of damage (photos/videos).
  • Approved replacements will be processed within 2-3 business days.
