Refund policy

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Testo Foods, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Since our products are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide a replacement if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery.
  • You receive the wrong product in your order.
  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

 

Replacement Process

  1. Raise a Request:
    Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at info@testofoods.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the damaged or incorrect product.
  2. Review & Approval:
    Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  3. No Replacement Possible If:
    • The product is opened and partially consumed.
    • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
    • The damage is caused due to mishandling after delivery.

 

No Refund Policy

  • We do not process refunds under any circumstances.
  • Replacement is the only resolution offered in case of eligible issues.
